Refund Policy

Thank you for considering The Color Consultant services. Please review our Refund Policy below. 

 

Online Color Analysis 

  • Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase only if the post-purchase form has not been submitted.
  • Refunds cannot be processed for any completed color analysis service or where the post-purchase form has been submitted.
  • If you do not provide the required photos within 14 days of purchase, a refund is not available. However, we remain committed to accommodating your color analysis whenever you are ready to proceed.
  • Exchanges for other services or products are not accepted.

Gift Cards

  • Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase only if the post-purchase form has not been submitted.
  • Refunds cannot be processed for any completed color analysis service or where the post-purchase form has been submitted.
  • Exchanges for other products or services are not accepted.
  • If the gift card recipient chooses not to proceed with the analysis, a refund is available if the request is made within 14 days of the purchase date if the gift card has not been redeemed.

Consultation Call

  • Clients are eligible for a refund if they cancel a consultation call at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled consultation are not eligible for a refund.
  • Missed appointments without prior cancellation are non-refundable. However, we’re happy to work with you to arrange a new consultation time.
  • If a consultation call cannot proceed as scheduled due to a no-show or technical issues on our end, we offer the option to either reschedule at your convenience or provide a full refund.
  • If technical issues on the client’s end prevent participation in the call, please reach out to us right away. We can reschedule, but refunds cannot be provided in this case.

Customer Service and Resolution

  • When your order arrives, please inspect it thoroughly. If there are any issues, feel free to contact info@thecolorconsultant.co.

Transaction Fee Policy

  • Please be aware that transaction fees incurred during the purchase process are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the original transaction fees charged by Shopify Payments may be subtracted from the refunded amount.

Refund Process and Timelines

  • To initiate a refund, please email us at info@thecolorconsultant.co with your order information. We will respond as soon as possible.
  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
  • If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, please reach out at info@thecolorconsultant.co.
